If you have already received a Square invoice, please use that invoice link to submit payment to avoid double payments.

WHAT IS A COST SHARE?

Cost share is a monthly financial responsibility assigned by Medicaid or your waiver program.

It is not a fee set by Avant Home Care.
The amount is determined by the state based on income and eligibility guidelines.

Avant Home Care is required to collect this amount before Medicaid will reimburse for services.
